Hosting and technical subprocessors
Ouvella relies on the following technical providers. Any transfers of data outside the European Union are governed by the mechanisms indicated (EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework):

- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd — Payment (no card data passes through the site). Location: Ireland (EU); processing may involve the United States. Transfers outside the EU governed by: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) 2021/914 + EU-US Data Privacy Framework. DPA

The universes, animations, text, and graphic elements of Ouvella are protected. Content added by users (photos, text, audio) remains their property; they warrant that they hold the rights to it.
