Ouvella lets you create an interactive digital surprise (the “gift”), accessible via a link and a QR code. It can open directly or be protected by a secret word, at the buyer’s choice. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of this service by the publisher of Ouvella.
The price is €4.99 including tax per gift, with no subscription. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
Payment is made online via Stripe. The gift is generated immediately after payment is confirmed.
The gift is digital content delivered immediately: after payment, you get the gift link, the QR code, and a private management link (also sent by email).
Since the gift is digital content supplied immediately, by confirming your order and checking the consent box you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your agreement (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
After purchase, you can edit the content, replace a photo or the music, change the secret word, and disable the gift at any time from your private management link.
The gift stays online for at least 5 years, unless you disable or delete it.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services (Article L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and, where applicable, the warranty against hidden defects. To invoke either: contact@ouvella.com.
