This page explains the cookies and trackers used by Ouvella. We deliberately keep their use to a minimum: Ouvella sets no advertising cookies and resells no data.
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Some are necessary for the site to work; others, optional, are used for audience measurement. Ouvella uses no cookies for advertising purposes.
These cookies are essential for the site to work and don't require your consent. In particular, Ouvella saves your display language (the "NEXT_LOCALE" cookie) when you choose it via the language selector, so we can show you the site in that language on your next visits. At payment, you're redirected to Stripe, which applies its own cookie policy to secure the transaction (no card data passes through Ouvella).
To understand how the site is used, Ouvella may use anonymous audience measurement. It relies on a non-personal session identifier kept in your browser's session storage (not an advertising cookie), and is only enabled if a measurement solution is configured and, where applicable, after your consent. No personal data (message, photo, email, secret word, private link) is ever transmitted through it.
Ouvella sets no advertising cookies, doesn't track your browsing on other sites, and neither resells nor shares your data for commercial purposes.
You can delete cookies already set and block new ones at any time from your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may, however, degrade some features, such as remembering your language.
