Lost your gift link or your management link?

Write to us with the email address you used at purchase: we'll send you back your private management link, which lets you find, edit, print, or disable your gift.

Edit or delete a gift

From your private management link (received by email after purchase), you can edit the text, replace a photo or the music, change the secret word, see whether the gift has been opened, and disable or permanently delete it at any time.
